Private Instruction Cancellation PolicyThe Next Level requires a 24-hour notice on all private lessons reservations. If there is less than 24 hours before your next appointment and a cancellation is necessary, it is permissible to find a substitute to fill the vacancy. Otherwise, failing to comply with cancellation policy will result in full charges being incurred plus a $25.00 late cancellation fee. No other make-up sessions will occur. There is also a $25.00 returned check fee. |
